No Additional Guests: Only individuals receiving treatments are allowed in the treatment area. No additional guests, including family, friends, or children, are permitted.
Cancellation Policy: Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. To achieve this, we have implemented a strict appointment cancellation policy.
No Call No shows will be charged for the FULL service.
Booking Requirement: A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. For applicable appointments a non- refundable retainer fee will be required. Your card will not be charged the remaining unless you fail to cancel your appointment.
Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Late Cancellations: Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the card on file being charged the full service amount on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Lateness: Appointments will be canceled after 15mins and rescheduled. 2nd Lateness your card will be charged.
