Meet Our Founder - Kiya
Hi, I’m Kiya, a Licensed Esthetician and the founder of Glow and Grow Aesthetics. My journey into skincare began with my very first facial for my 18th birthday. While I had always loved skincare, that experience was painful, caused reactions, and lacked education about my skin and it stayed with me.
That moment inspired my purpose. I wanted to create the kind of experience I didn’t receive: one rooted in communication, comfort, and understanding. At Glow and Grow Aesthetics, every service is intentional, educational, and tailored vespecially for those who have struggled with their skin or felt unheard in the treatment room.
My goal is for every client to feel informed, safe, and confident in their skin—not just during the service, but long after they leave.
