Full Body Wax Prep & Aftercare This service includes multiple areas and is designed to leave your skin smooth, balanced, and refreshed from head to toe. Before Your Appointment -Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice for best results. -Please arrive with clean, dry skin. Avoid lotions, oils, deodorant, or body butters the day of your service. -Do not shave or trim prior to your appointment. -Discontinue retinol, AHA/BHA exfoliants, exfoliating scrubs, or brightening treatments on the body 5–7 days before your service. -Gentle physical exfoliation may be done up to 48 hours prior (no scrubs the day before or day of). -Avoid sun exposure or tanning for 48 hours before your appointment. -Allow 90 minutes for this service so we can move intentionally and comfortably through each area. After Your Appointment -Avoid heat, sweating, exercise, swimming, intimacy, and friction for 24–48 hours. -Wear loose, breathable clothing to allow skin to calm. -Begin gentle exfoliation 3–7 days post-wax to help prevent ingrown hairs. -Keep skin nourished with a light, fragrance-free moisturizer. -Avoid fragranced products and active exfoliants until skin feels fully settled. With consistent waxing(4-6 weeks), hair grows back softer, skin appears smoother, and sensitivity decreases over time.

Terms & Conditions Our Services are by Appointment Only. Same day Appointments are based on availability. Booking Requirement: A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. For applicable appointments a non- refundable retainer fee will be required. Your card will not be charged the remaining unless you fail to cancel your appointment. Arrival Your appointment time begins when you walk into Glow and Grow Aesthetics. If you are running 10-15 minutes late please let us know in advance so we may adjust the schedule or reschedule you accordingly. Lateness: Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 15 mins late to your scheduled appointment. Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests who are not receiving treatment (family, friends, children) allowed. Cancellation Policy: Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. To do so we have had to implement a strict appointment/cancellation policy. A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. Your card will not be charged the balance unless you fail to cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours retainers may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new retainer is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No Call No shows will be charged for the FULL service. Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Late Cancellations: Retainers may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new retainer is required. Lateness: Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes and rescheduled.
