Waxing Before & After Care Guide Before Your Appointment To ensure the smoothest results and reduce sensitivity: -Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice. Please avoid shaving for at least 2–3 weeks prior. -Gently exfoliate the area 24–48 hours before your appointment using a mild scrub or exfoliating glove. -Stop retinol, tretinoin, AHA/BHA exfoliants, and acne treatments 5–7 days prior to waxing. -Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or self-tanner 5–7 days before your service. -Arrive with clean, dry skin, free of lotion, oils, or deodorant on the area. After Your Appointment -Your skin may feel warm or slightly sensitive, this is normal. -Expect mild redness or sensitivity for a few hours. -Avoid heat, sweating, workouts, hot showers, and sun exposure for 24 hours. -Do not apply fragranced products, oils, or exfoliants for 24–48 hours. -Wear loose, breathable clothing to reduce friction. -Begin gentle exfoliation 3–5 days after your wax to help prevent ingrowns. -Apply a calming, fragrance-free moisturizer or ingrown serum as recommended. How Often to Wax? For best results and longer-lasting smoothness: -Schedule waxing every 4–6 weeks -Consistent waxing helps hair grow back finer, softer, and more sparse -Avoid shaving between visits to maintain results and reduce irritation

Terms & Conditions Our Services are by Appointment Only. Same day Appointments are based on availability. Booking Requirement: A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. For applicable appointments a non- refundable retainer fee will be required. Your card will not be charged the remaining unless you fail to cancel your appointment. Arrival Your appointment time begins when you walk into Glow and Grow Aesthetics. If you are running 10-15 minutes late please let us know in advance so we may adjust the schedule or reschedule you accordingly. Lateness: Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 15 mins late to your scheduled appointment. Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests who are not receiving treatment (family, friends, children) allowed. Cancellation Policy: Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. To do so we have had to implement a strict appointment/cancellation policy. A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. Your card will not be charged the balance unless you fail to cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours retainers may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new retainer is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No Call No shows will be charged for the FULL service. Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Late Cancellations: Retainers may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new retainer is required. Lateness: Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes and rescheduled.
