Service Description
This targeted waxing service gently removes unwanted hair from the chin and lower lip area, leaving the skin smooth and refined. Performed with care to support skin comfort and minimize irritation. Ideal for maintaining facial smoothness between full face waxing services or as part of a regular grooming routine. Prep & Aftercare instructions: Before Your Appointment -Please discontinue retinol, tretinoin, AHA/BHA acids, exfoliating masks, and acne treatments at least 7 days prior to facial waxing. -Avoid sun exposure, tanning, chemical peels, or resurfacing treatments for 7–10 days before your service. -Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, oils, or heavy skincare products when possible. -Avoid shaving between waxing appointments for best results. After Your Appointment -Mild redness or sensitivity is normal and typically subsides within a few hours. -Avoid makeup, heat, sweating, and direct sun exposure for 24 hours. -Apply only soothing, fragrance-free products while skin is calming. -Resume gentle exfoliation after 5–7 days, once the skin has fully settled. -Use SPF daily once redness has resolved to protect freshly waxed skin. For optimal results, facial waxing is best maintained on a 4–6 week schedule, allowing the skin to remain smooth and balanced over time.

Terms & Conditions Our Services are by Appointment Only. Same day Appointments are based on availability. Booking Requirement: A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. For applicable appointments a non- refundable retainer fee will be required. Your card will not be charged the remaining unless you fail to cancel your appointment. Arrival Your appointment time begins when you walk into Glow and Grow Aesthetics. If you are running 10-15 minutes late please let us know in advance so we may adjust the schedule or reschedule you accordingly. Lateness: Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 15 mins late to your scheduled appointment. Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests who are not receiving treatment (family, friends, children) allowed. Cancellation Policy: Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. To do so we have had to implement a strict appointment/cancellation policy. A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. Your card will not be charged the balance unless you fail to cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours retainers may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new retainer is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No Call No shows will be charged for the FULL service. Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Late Cancellations: Retainers may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new retainer is required. Lateness: Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes and rescheduled.
