Service Description
Indulge in 90 minutes of fully customized facial and total relaxation. Every treatment is tailored to your skin’s needs, including a double cleanse, gentle yet thorough extractions, exfoliation, facial massage, a mask designed for your skin type, LED, scalp massage, neck and shoulder massage and aromatherapy. Before Your Appointment To ensure the best results and protect your skin, please review the following guidelines before your facial: -Avoid retinol, tretinoin, AHA/BHA exfoliants, vitamin C serums, exfoliating masks, and acne treatments for 5–7 days prior to your appointment. -Refrain from chemical peels, waxing, threading, laser treatments, or advanced exfoliation on the face for 7 days before your facial. -Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning for 5–7 days prior to your visit. -Arrive with clean skin when possible. If you are wearing makeup, it will be gently removed during your treatment. Recent Injectables & Advanced Treatments -For your safety and best results, please allow appropriate healing time before booking a facial: -Botox or other neuromodulator injections: wait 7–14 days -Microneedling: wait 2–4 weeks, depending on depth and skin sensitivity -Dermal fillers: wait 3–4 weeks If you are unsure whether enough time has passed, please contact us before booking so we can guide you appropriately. Additional Notes -Please inform your esthetician of any skin sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or recent cosmetic treatments at the time of booking. -If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, let us know so your service can be safely customized.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Our Services are by Appointment Only. Same day Appointments are based on availability. Booking Requirement: A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. For applicable appointments a non- refundable retainer fee will be required. Your card will not be charged the remaining unless you fail to cancel your appointment. Arrival Your appointment time begins when you walk into Glow and Grow Aesthetics. If you are running 10-15 minutes late please let us know in advance so we may adjust the schedule or reschedule you accordingly. Lateness: Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 15 mins late to your scheduled appointment. Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests who are not receiving treatment (family, friends, children) allowed. Cancellation Policy: Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. To do so we have had to implement a strict appointment/cancellation policy. A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. Your card will not be charged the balance unless you fail to cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours retainers may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new retainer is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No Call No shows will be charged for the FULL service. Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Late Cancellations: Retainers may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new retainer is required. Lateness: Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes and rescheduled.
