Service Description
Enjoy a 90-minute Glow Facial designed to calm, hydrate, and revive your skin plus a FREE Brazilian wax and FREE underarm wax for a complete head-to-toe refresh. Great for monthly maintenance, special occasions, or anyone who loves a full-body glow. Preparing for your service: To ensure the best results from your facial and waxing services, please follow these guidelines: Facial Before Care: -Avoid retinol, exfoliants, and active treatments 3–5 days prior -Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or spray tans 48 hours before -Arrive with clean skin if possible (makeup removal is included) Waxing Before Care: -Hair should be about ¼ inch long (grain-of-rice length) -Avoid shaving for 10–14 days prior -Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your appointment -Wear loose, comfortable clothing After your service, your skin may be sensitive after this service, gentle care is key. After Your Facial: -Avoid makeup, sweating, heat, and workouts for 24 hours -Skip exfoliation, retinol, and active products for 3–5 days -Keep skin hydrated and apply SPF daily -Mild redness is normal and temporary After Waxing: -Avoid heat, sweating, pools, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours -Do not exfoliate for 48 hours, then resume gentle exfoliation -Avoid touching or picking the area -Use soothing, fragrance-free products as recommended
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Our Services are by Appointment Only. Same day Appointments are based on availability. Booking Requirement: A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. For applicable appointments a non- refundable retainer fee will be required. Your card will not be charged the remaining unless you fail to cancel your appointment. Arrival Your appointment time begins when you walk into Glow and Grow Aesthetics. If you are running 10-15 minutes late please let us know in advance so we may adjust the schedule or reschedule you accordingly. Lateness: Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 15 mins late to your scheduled appointment. Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests who are not receiving treatment (family, friends, children) allowed. Cancellation Policy: Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. To do so we have had to implement a strict appointment/cancellation policy. A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. Your card will not be charged the balance unless you fail to cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours retainers may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new retainer is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No Call No shows will be charged for the FULL service. Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Late Cancellations: Retainers may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new retainer is required. Lateness: Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes and rescheduled.
