You’ll receive clear, intentional guidance on cleansing, exfoliation, masking, and treatment timing, so you can care for your skin with confidence, wherever you are. Perfect for first-time clients, busy schedules, or anyone beginning their glow journey from home. Receive $10 off your first in-studio facial when you’re ready to book. Cancellation Policy
Glow & Grow Aesthetics – Terms & Policies Appointments All services are by appointment only. Same-day appointments are based on availability. Booking Requirement A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. For select services, a non-refundable retainer may be required and will be applied toward your service. The remaining balance will only be charged if policies are not followed. Arrival & Lateness Please arrive on time. If you are running late, notify us in advance. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled and may be subject to applicable fees. Guest Policy To maintain a relaxing environment, only clients receiving services are permitted. No additional guests, including children. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total Retainers may be transferred once when rescheduling within policy Additional reschedules require a new retainer Card on File Authorization By booking, you authorize Glow & Grow Aesthetics to charge your card on file in accordance with these policies.
