Arrival:• New guests, please arrive 10 minutes early.
No Additional Guests:• Only individuals receiving treatments are allowed in the treatment area. No additional guests, including family, friends, or children, are permitted.
Cancellation Policy Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner.
To achieve this, we have implemented a strict appointment cancellation policy. No Call No shows will be charged for the FULL service.
• Booking Requirement: A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. For applicable appointments a non- refundable retainer fee will be required. Your card will not be charged the remaining unless you fail to cancel your appointment.

Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
• Late Cancellations: Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the card on file being charged the full service amount on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Lateness Appointments will be canceled after 15mins and rescheduled. 2nd Lateness your card will be charged.
